Plot

In Goa, India, Sunny rents a room and becomes roommates with Sameer, who enjoys playing with women and then dumping them. Sameer falls in love and gets dumped, and while facing heartbreak, he encounters numerous misfortunes, even ending up slapping an elder. Now, Sameer falls in love with his neighbor, Rani. To marry Rani, Sameer must tackle two problems: winning Rani over Sunny and seeking the approval of her father, who happens to be the elder Sameer once slapped. The story unfolds with a question: Will Rani marry Sunny or Sameer?

Star Performance

Akshay Kumar is best known for flawlessly playing comic roles; he delivers dialogue perfectly, making sure the audience engages. His role is expressive, and he suits it the best, pairing up with Salman Khan, whose role is arrogant and toxic, making this duo a hit. Last but not least, Priyanka played her character graciously and looked super-hot in the movie.

Analysis

The film is the perfect blend of romance, comedy, and action. All three actors did justice to their roles and looked super appealing. Amrish Puri, Satish Shah, Kader Khan, and Rajpal Yadav as supporting roles did their best, making the film worth rewatching and keeping the audience hooked all along. Shot in Mauritius, the cinematography of the movie is youthful. Although the storyline slows down in the middle, comes back with a gripping climax. The cinema features excellent cinematography, lively music, and humorous dialogue.
