Netflix Hits Back On Sameer Wankhede Over The Bads Of Bollywood Lawsuit

Netflix India has decided to finally reply to the allegations of Sameer Wankhede.

Wankhede accused Netflix India and Aryan Khan of showing content which damaged his reputation.

However, the legal counsel representing the Indian wing of the OTT giant responded to the claims, saying that it doesn’t glorify Bollywood, but instead shows every side of the industry, including the not-so-nice aspects as well in a humorous way. As such, Sameer Wankhede shouldn’t be so sensitive about the mockumentary.

In October 2021, Sameer Wankhede had raided a private cruise party, which also included Aryan Khan. The son of Shahrukh Khan was arrested for consumption and possession of drugs, for which he remained in prison for nearly a month, before he was eventually let out on bail.
