Plot
Jo Tera Hai Woh Mera Hai is about the story of a man named Mitesh. Since Mitesh was a child, he longed to own a beautiful bungalow in Mumbai. This bungalow belongs to a man named Govinda. When Mitesh grows into a man, already married, with two kids, and even a mistress, he starts his mission of doing what is needed to get ownership over the bungalow. He is fascinated with the bungalow. His obsession leads him to manipulate Govinda to get what he wants. Mitesh goes to any extent to get the bungalow. The remaining part of the film shows the obstacles he encounters and overcomes along the way.
Star Performance
Parish Rawal shines out as a true star amongst the other actors.
Amit Sial’s role was also performed very well.
Analysis
The Mumbai property market was excellently depicted in the film through humor. The story builds up gradually, but the film’s tone does not. The film maintains a humorous and easy-going tone even though the seriousness of some situations in the story increases. Even when Mitesh’s problem worsened, the film’s tone remained too laid back. There are too many subplots in the movie, and it feels too prolonged. However, they have managed to portray the ill effects of greed excellently. Despite Mitesh having a despicable character, Amit Sial has done an excellent job, making his character quite likable. There was not enough in the story that was truly engaging. The story and the protagonist’s intentions are so superficial that it gets challenging to take it seriously. Death, in the movie, was not handled sensibly. There is also a complete lack of character development of the protagonist.

Verdict
People who are looking for light and humorous films, ones that don’t get too serious, should watch this.
