1. The Family Man

The Family Man, a series on Amazon Prime, split into two seasons, has engaged the audience around Srikant Tiwari, an undercover intelligence officer. This role has been played commendable played by Manoj Bajpayee. Directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, the series portrays the life of a commoner. Not only does he undertakes secret missions to protect the country from terrorists but also has to protect his family. The other casts of the series include Samantha Akkineni, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Ashlesha Thakur, making it a good option for your binge list.

2. The Forgotten Army- Azaadi Ke Liye

Based on a true story, this series on Amazon Prime is worth watching. The series showcases Azad Hind Fauj or the Indian National Army led by Netaji Subah Chandra Bose. You can witness the events that occur between 1942 to 1945 in this story. The fight to gain back the freedom lost to the hands of Britishers forms the core of the series. The story has been narrated by Shah Rukh Khan and displays the struggles of men and women in the army and their contribution towards the freedom fight. It also shows a love story between two soldiers of the military, Sodhi, and Maya, played by Sunny Kaushal and Sharvari.

3. Jeet Ki Zid

Starring Amit Sadh as Major Deependra Singh Sengar, a retired Indian Army special forces officer, Jeet ki Zid is another must-watch story portraying the impact of wars. The story shows a Kargil war hero who lost his ability to walk, sustaining injuries. You can watch this story of bravery on Zee5 having seven episodes. The film is directed by Vishal Mangalorkar.

4. Special Ops

Special Ops on Hotstar is based on the incidents of terrorist attacks that occurred in India. The role and work of Indian Intelligence Agencies in tracking down the mastermind behind the attacks are displayed in the series. Kay Kay Menon has played the role of Himmat Singh, who leads the force for the mission. The other casts include Divya Dutta, Saiyami Kher, Karan Tacker, Vinay Pathak, Muzammil Ibrahim, etc. The film was made under the direction of Neeraj Pandey and Shivam Nair.

5. Bose: Dead/Alive

If you wonder about Netaji’s story and his mysterious death, then give this series a shot. Based on Subhash Chandra Bose's story, this series has shown mysteries and controversies about his death. Netaji's role was played by Rajkummar Rao. The other casts include Naveen Kasturia, Edward, Sonnenblick, Anna Ador, Alexx O'Neill.

6. Avrodh- The Seige Within

Keeping the levels of Adrenaline high, this series is all set to show you glimpses of the Uri Surgical Strike. Starring Madhurima Tuli, Amit Sadh, Darshan Kumar, Neeraj Kabi, and Anil George, this series consisting of nine parts will keep that patriotic feeling alive!

7. Code M

Starring Jennifer Winget as Major Monica Mehra, the story of the series revolves around a conspiracy during the investigation of an encounter case. You can watch it on ALTBalaji.

8. The Test Case

The story of Captain Shikha Sharma, the only brave woman involved in the training to join the Special forces has been portrayed satisfactorily in this series. This role has been played exceptionally well by Nimrat Kaur. The other casts including Akshay Oberoi, Atul Kulkarni, and Anup Soni have also played their parts well.

The series is available on ZEE5. Directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, this series is a must-watch.

9. Bard Of Blood

Bard of Blood is inspired by the novel written by Bilal Siddiqi. It revolves around the story of an Indian Intelligence Wing agent. This role was played by Emraan Hashmi. The other casts of the series are Kirti Kulhari, Vineet Kumar Singh, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Sobhita Dhulipala. This thriller available on Netflix is a reasonable option if you are into spy movies.

10. Regiment Diaries

This web series will take you to through the insights, training, contribution, history, and traditions of the Indian Army. The series contains interviews and footage of soldiers with their war stories and much more. It is available on Sony Liv.
