Emraan Hashmi is one of the most successful & contemporary actor in Hindi cinema. He is very famous for his romantic image in the films & luckily he has got a lot of famous songs into his credit. He is the nephew of famous film director . He is very regular face of Vishesh Films productions.

Emraan Hashmi was born on 24 March 1979, to Anwar Hashmi and Mahira Hashmi. Her grandmother & the mother of Mahesh Bhatt were sisters, so that the relationship maintained between them. His cousin includes , , & Mohit Suri.

He made his debut in 2003, Vikram Bhatt’s movie Footpath, for which he got critical acclaim. Next film was his most erotic & romantic film of Hindi cinema named Murder, released in the year 2004, directed by with heroine Mallika Sherawat. After the success of the film, Emraan Hashmi got famous in the industry & got to work with a lot of successful films like Gangster in 2006, Awarapan in 2007, Jannat in 2008, Once Upon A Time in Mumbai in 2010 & 2011, Shanghai in 2012.

Most of his films are commercially successful at the box office, which created his huge fan following especially among the youth. He married his beloved in 2006, and the couple got blessed with a son. He has the image of a loving boy in most of his films. He has tried both positive & negative roles. His performance in the films like Awarapan & Ek Thi Dayan generated positive reviews among the critics as well. Not so many people know that Emraan Hashmi is a graduate in Graphic Designing, which enables his creative senses as well. He studied at Sydenham College.
