Queen Elizabeth’s husband, King Phillip, died in 2021 at 99. The Queen is 96. After her, his eldest son, Prince Charles, will take over the throne as King Charles III.

The statement from the Royal family reads that she died peacefully in Scotland in her estate, Balmoral Castle. It is to be noted that she had escaped two assassinations. May her soul rest in peace!
