Muzammil Ibrahim

Muzamil Ibrahim was born on 25th August 1986 in Jammu and Kashmir. He has two sisters, Nafisa and Anisa and a brother, Muddasar and he is the youngest kid in his family. While he was studying his third grade, he was honored with the Rashtrapati Award for bravery, as he saved the life of his classmate, who was about to drown. He pursued his graduation in Mechanical Engineering. Muzamil is known well as a model and an actor. To begin with his achievements in the field of modeling- he has conquered the title, Mr. India in Gladrags Manhunt Contest in 2003. While winning the title, he was just 18. He has worked as a model in various international projects. In 2008, Muzamil received the Godfrey Phillips National Bravery Award, as he saved an English lady, who was drowning in the Arabian Sea. 

He has worked in various music videos, including the music video from an album, ‘Raunaq,’ composed by “A R Rahman.” After prospering the Department of modeling and albums, he was launched as an actor in the year 2007 in ‘Dhokha’ directed by Pooja Bhatt and produced by Mahesh Bhatt. A lot of critics expressed their admiration for his performance in the movie. He won the award of ‘Best Debutant’ in the Stardust Award. Then he did another movie called ‘Horn Ok Please’ with Nana Patekar. He was also seen in the film ‘Will You Marry Me?' in 2012. Muzamil had also worked in a lot of short films before he entered into the Bollywood.
