Plot
We see that 30 years has passed since the Battle of Endor and the first order that has passed by the Galactic Empire is to ruin the New Republic. A group of rebels commanded by General Leia Organa challenges the first order. Then we see Leia looking for her twin brother who is missing. On the barren planet Jakku, where pilot Poe acquires a map directing to Luke’s location. On the first order Kylo Ren gave in an intension to catch Poe. Next, we see BB-8 getting out of there with the help of the map and comes across an isolated scavenger, Rey. Kylo starts pressuring Poe with the help of force and learns about BB-8. The rest of the story continues with a lot of suspense and surprises.
Star Performance
The acting is better than you have ever seen it, with our returning cast, specifically Harrison Ford, churning out their best performances yet. The young cast, specifically Adam Driver and Daisy Ridley stun in their respective roles. The cinematography was decent enough and had some pretty interesting shots. Director J.J. Abrams skilfully pilots this cinematic Millennium Falcon through the semi-escapist realm of the Star Wars universe,
Analysis
The story is about how Luke is missing and there is a map to Luke that the Resistance and First Order are trying to get. This movie is shot beautifully, Takodana, and Starkiller Base just look gorgeous to look at. The story starts of increadible and is interesting but as soon as Rey is properly introduced, she begins to ruin the film and turn everybody into an incomprehensible robot. From a beautiful story to crackling dialogue that doesn't take itself over seriously, this film is brimming with everything people ever loved about Star Wars.

Verdict
Giving a new feel on an old formula is honestly an art form and the filmmakers did it pretty well. The actors were well but the storytelling could have been better.
