With sequels coming one after another, we love certain movies that if there are even ten sequels coming back to back we won’t be bored. I’m talking about the Border 2 movie sequel to Border, which won the hearts of many and also set the cash registers ringing. Actually, this time, it took twelve long years for JP Dutta to make this happen. He says it took a long duration to take permissions to shoot at places he wanted to.
The story he wants to recreate is it must be related to wars. Going through the history of the Battle of Shakargarh Bulge this caught his attention. And he thought why not recreate this on the cinema. This war took place during December 4 - 16, 1971 and was one such relevant war in the aspect of Indo-Pak battles.
J P Dutta’s last stint was LOC Kargil, which garnered a lot of attention and appraisals and was almost four hours long. He is thinking to make this sequel much shorter than LOC. We are going to see

During 1962, Chinese executed a large attack on the Bum La Axis to go towards the Tawang.
