Andrea Berloff had completed her graduation from Cornell University with specialization in drama courses, and then she took her career of acting seriously. Her first breakthrough was in the role of a nameless sister for ‘Growth’ (a short film released in 1997) directed by Joel Hopkins.
Later, she got chance to play a small role in another short film ‘Eyeball Eddie’ which released in 2001. In 2005, she made her debut as prouder in the movie ‘Raw Footage,’ directed by Drew Filus in which she also played the role of Dr. Schwartz. She was executive producer of the movie.

Peter co-wrote the screenplay with Andrea. This film had a screening at Cannes Film Festival in 2016 and even had a release at Lionsgate Premiere. This movie starred actors
and Michael Parks in lead roles.
In the year 2017, Andrea Berloff wrote a script for ‘Sleepless’ which was directed by Baran bo Odar and had and T.I. – the duo played the roles of corrupt
cops. In the year 2006, she had associated with writing plays and one of them is 'Girl Scouts of America.’
She seems to be adding another feather in her cap. If Hollywood rumors are are true, Andrea Berloff will direct a mob story “The Kitchen” for New Line. Last year, she was hired to write the script. reports suggest that her script of this movie will be adapted from the comic book series written by Ollie Masters and Ming Doyle a part of the DC Entertainment’s Vertigo imprint. If everything goes well, this movie will be Berloff’s feature directorial debut.
Early in her Hollywood career she even worked as an assistant to company co-founder Bob Shaye. ‘The Kitchen’ will be produced by New Line Cinema, an American film production label of Warner Bros.
