Olivier Martinez, the charming actor, was born in Paris on January 12, 1966. He is a French film actor. He was born to a working class family where his father was a professional boxer, and his mother was a secretary. His father was Spanish, and his mother was French. He studied at Conservatoire National Superieur d’art Dramatique (CNSAD). He was brought up by Roman Catholic. He began his acting career in 1990 in France.

His debut film was Navarro. He played the role as Rollo. He then appeared in films lke Plein Fer, Odyssee Bidon and Les Paroles Invisibles from 1990 to 1992. In 1993 he appeared in the film 1,2,3, Sun as Petit Paul. It was written and directed by Bertrand Biler. Martinez won the Cesar Award for the Most Prominent Actor for the film. In the year 1995, he appeared as Angelo Pardi in the film Le Hussard Sur Le Toit. It was directed by Jean-Paul Rappeneau. It was the most expensive French film. The film received average ratings and reviews.
