MORE CAST & CREW
Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven is scripted by Telugu director Trivikram Srinivas and directed by Sundar C. VRV is the remake version of Pawan Kalyan starrer Attarintiki Daredi. Ramya Krishnan plays an important role in VRV. VRV cast has " Prabhu," " Nassar," Megha Akash, Catherine Tresa, Mahat Raghavendra, Yogi Babu, " Sriranjani," Robo Shankar, Vichu Viswanath, Naan Kadavul Rajendran, VTV Ganesh, Raj Kapoor and Aryan. Hiphop Tamizha Adhi composes the music. Gopi Amarnath is in charge of the camera department and NB Srikanth edited the movie.
Raghunanthan is a businessman, who lives in Madrid. He calls his grandson Aadhi and tells him that he wants to reunite with his daughter Nandini. Nandini got out of the home twenty years back and married her lover. After getting away from home, she has no contact with her father and brother. To fulfill his grandpa's wish, Aadhi comes to India and joins a driver to Nandini. He impresses her and tries to reunite Nandini with her father. Did he succeed in his attempt? Watch the film in theaters!
Simbu comes with his punch dialogues and satisfies his fans. Coming to Prabhu, he has no role in this film and why did he accept doing this role? Is this the “ Baahubali” Shivagami Devi? Ramya’s role is underwritten. In Telugu “ Nadhiya” had got a better one than Ramya. The heroines are as usual used as templates. The comedians had no other work than praising STR. They also leg pull him in some scenes.
Although the story is old, Sundar C has managed it with the Simbu element. The screen is full of Simbu and the rest of the stars appear in the corners. Nandini is the main role in the film, next to Aadhi. Her role is underwritten and we could feel pity for Ramya Krishnan, whose talent is wasted. They have adjusted the screenplay to suit Simbu and it had worked out for him. Although it is a Telugu remake, we had watched these kinds of scripts in Tamil. The film has some good music and the cinematography is excellent too. We should also appreciate Simbu for accepting the counters by the comedians.
What’s Not There?
Although the film has ups and downs in the screenplay, it comes with the punch dialogues that attract Simbu fans. VRV will make a hit, unlike AAA! However, the film has no traces of Sundar C! VRV is definitely a one-time watch!
