‘Aranmanai 4’ To Release On This OTT Platform!

After surprising both the critics and the analysts, ‘Aranmanai 4’ is all set to release on the OTT!

According to the latest reports, ‘Aranmanai 4’ will be streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar by 21 June. Written and directed by Sundar C, this is the fourth installment in the ‘Aranmanai’ horror movie franchise. The movie has a huge ensemble cast of Sundar C, Vennela Kishore, Yogi Babu, Raashii Khanna, Tamannaah Bhatia, Srinivasa Reddy.

“Aranmanai 4” was released in May in both Telugu and Tamil. Despite the mixed reviews, the movie turned out to be a surprise blockbuster. The movie earned more than 100 crores on a budget of 30 crores. Sundar C even revealed that the Tamil exhibitors had thanked him for the success of this movie.

This was nothing less than a major relief for the Tamil film industry, which was suffering from a major crisis since February 2024. Except for ‘Captain Miller’ and ‘Ayalaan’, none of the major movies managed to cross even a respectable total of 10 crores, let alone recover the production costs of the movie. Things became so desperate that even the re release of ‘Ghilli’ brought more revenue than the latest releases during the month of April.
