Plot
Sid dislikes kids and hence his engagement gets cancelled. Shreya breaks up with Karan after knowing that he is cheating on her for another lady. As she wants to have a kid, she opts for a test tube baby. However, she wants to know her child’s father and reaches Bangalore. She meets Sid and falls for him. Soon, she learns that he is allergic to kids and leaves him. After eight years, they meet again. Will they know that Sid is the father of Shreya’s child? The rest of the film deals with this.
Star Performance
Nithya Menen is good in her role, as usual. Ravi delivers what was expected of him. The rest of the supporting stars did justice to the given roles.
Analysis
Though the film has no exciting story, the performers make it a bit exciting. Kiruthiga tried to bring a new combo of Ravi and Nithya and presented something new. Rahman music is the biggest plus. The subtle tones take us to

days. The climax of the film should’ve been made better. Vinay and Yogi Babu are missing in the second half. Many characters are not used properly. Nithya’s character knows well that Ravi’s character is not perfect, but still hopes that he may change. In many scenes the logic is questioned. Though the movie speaks about marriage, childbirth, and LGBTQ, nothing was said in a gripping way. Like Ravi and Nithya’s easy-go love, logic and reality are not cared for. In OK Kanmani, though it appears that the leads don’t want to marry and decide to lead their life as just partners without zero expectations, in the climax, they open their hearts and decide to get married, as marriage is the proper path to connect the relationship perfectly.
