Plot
Vizag gets a new district collector, Ram Nandan. As Ram is honest and never compromises anything for justice, he locks horns with Bobbili Mopidevi, the son of CM Sathyamurthy. As Ram intervenes in Mopidevi’s illegal activities, he plots against him and makes him to get suspended. When Mopidevi cherishes with his success of dethroning Ram from his position, a huge shock awaits. Sathyamurthy announces Ram as his political heir. What is the reason for his shocking announcement? What will be Mopidevi’s next move? Will Ram destroy Mopidevi’s underworld kingdom? The rest of the story speaks about this.
Star Performance
Ram Charan’s performance in dual roles is excellent. He showcases the difference between those two roles with his body language and dialogue delivery. Kiara has no significant role, yet she does what is required of her. Anjali has a minimal screen presence, but she did justice to the given role. SJ Surya rocks with his facial expressions, body language, and dialogue delivery. He seems to be the Game Changer.
Analysis
The film has a huge star cast with Tamil and Telugu actors to attract both language audiences. The story has nothing significant, though it is engaging. The most engaging sequence in the film is Ram Charan and SJ Surya’s confrontation. Both of them have done their parts well. However, the emotional depth is lacking in the second half. The writing should have been better. The romantic scenes between the tight scenes slightly spoils the mood of the movie. Though the song Jargandi is decent, it will not join Shankar’s trademark visual grandeur list. Though the film is engaging to an extent, a few scenes in both halves needed a better execution. The cinematography is impressive, and the editing is quite decent. The production values are extra good as it is a Shankar’s film. The BGM is quite decent and helps elevate some intense scenes.

Shankar has managed to engage the audience with his visuals and narration, despite a few drawbacks in the story. Ram Charan’s mass screen presence is a treat to his fans. If you are a Ram Charan fan, this is your cup of tea!
