Plot
Satya is a tech entrepreneur. When he reached India, he was kidnapped. The CM handed over this case to Meenakshi. To solve this case, Meenakshi approaches her ex-lover, Yadagiri Damodhar Raju. Raju quit his cop life and settled in Rajahmundry with his wife Bhagya. Upon her request, Raju agrees to investigate the case. Knowing that Meenaskhi is Raju’s lover, Bhagya can’t allow him to go with her. So, she, too, joins them. The rest of the story deals with how Raju and Meenakshi solve the case.
Star Performance
Venkatesh fits well in the role and has done an impressive job. Aishwarya’s role is new to her, and her performance is relatable to that of a real-life married woman. Meenakshi is extremely good in the role. Her chemistry with Venkatesh and Aishwarya are excellent. The rest of the supporting cast, including the child actors, are adorable.
Analysis
The story is not unique, but the director has made it without making the audience bored. The screenplay moves at a decent pace. There is a huge cast involved. The director should have used the supporting cast efficiently. The film has no twists, and the story is predictable. The comedy scenes worked out well, and the scene where Meenakshi teased Aishwarya was good. There are a lot of logical loopholes. The second half should have been trimmed a bit. The songs are good, and the BGM is decent. The cinematography is impressive, with greener visuals and good song sequences. The editing in the second half could’ve been better, though the scenes are not boring much.

Though the film has no twists and turns, it has some interesting combination scenes and comedy that make the audience enjoy throughout. Sankranthiki Vasthunam is watchable once!
