Plot
A well-known scientist tries to connect with and communicate with extraterrestrial life. Somehow, the scientist and his pregnant wife get into an accident, leading to the demise of the scientist. The now-grown-up son, who is physically an adult but whose brain is that of a child, is friends with kids younger than him. Things change, and a series of events occur when Nisha, played by Preity Zinta, arrives in town. Will Rohit be able to conquer the situation? Will the friendships survive the test of time? Will they make it alive?
Star Performance
Hritik Roshan hats off again delivers a wonderful performance in this movie. Preity Zinta is an absolute treat to watch. Rekha once again shows her experience as an actor. The supporting child actors justify their roles and reminds us of our childhood. Jhonny lever, Rajat Bedi, Prem Chopra once again deliver their roles which leaves its marks in our head.
Analysis
Like any other Bollywood movie, this movie has everything, from drama to emotions to romance to dance numbers. It is still not your typical Bollywood movie. The film stands out because of its unique storyline, perfect execution and an overall spectacular performance by the cast. The movie may seem dumb at times but so are all of us. The movies unique approach of showing and depicting human emotions and morale is what touches our hearts. From the blue alien to Hritik playfully dancing and hopping like a child, the movie is such romcom with a scientific touch in it. The movie is a bit longer than the typical Bollywood movies but is justifies the length.

This movie is good one-time watch. The story is neither too boring nor too catchy. For Bollywood lovers, it will be a new kind of experience. You can easily watch it on a Saturday night or as a Sunday afternoon movie.
