Santhivila Dinesh is an Indian Director and Writer. His birthplace is Trivandrum, Kerala. He completed his college at Trivandrum University. He did a course in film direction from Trivandrum University. His career started as an assistant director in films. He was honored as the 'Best Director' for his excellence in directing. Santhivila also worked as a journalist in a private news company. He has worked as an assistant director in films like Kuttapathram, Kavadiyattam, Valayam, etc.

Dinesh is married and has a son, Bharath Chandran.
