Born on 2nd October 1890, Groucho Marx is the professional name of Julius Henry Marx. He was a TV and movie star and a comedian in America. He was very popular as the best comedian. The original name of his father was Marrix, though he and his siblings called their father Frenchie all his life. Al Schoenberg is the brother of Miene Minnie Schoenberg. Henry possessed a soprano voice and the capability to stay in the lead. He became a boy singer on the stage in the year 1905. Minnie Marx formed a group named ‘The Four Nightingales’ by the year 1909. Arthur started telling jokes for entertainment on the stages, which made the group famous among the audience as comedians rather than as a singing group. The group of brothers became very famous comedic stars in the City of New York at the Broadway Theatre named Palace Theatre. Groucho made a total of 26 films. Out of 26, he made 13 movies along with Harpo and Chico, his brothers. They became famous as the Marx Brothers. In the year 1921, he made his first film, which was a silent movie, but it did not release at all. As a result, it was known to be destroyed. After a decade, in the year 1929, Marx Brothers made a film named The Cocoanuts, which is their first feature-length film. Walter Wanger was the producer of the movie. In the year 1930, they made a comedy film named Animal Crackers. It also came on the TV in the month of October in the year 1950.

He also introduced some popular songs in movies. Some of the songs were Hello, I Must Be Going, Hooray for Captain Spaulding, Whatever It Is, I'm Against It, Lydia the Tattooed Lady, etc. Groucho was married to three women and was divorced with all of them. They were Ruth Johnson, Kay Marvis, and Eden Hartford. Even though he did not have any formal education, he wrote Memoirs of a Mangy Lover, and Groucho and Me and also an autobiography. Marx suffered from pneumonia and spent his last years in the non-profitable hospital named Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and died on August 19th when he was 86 years.
