Jay Karnes

Jay Karnes is an American Actor who worked in Hollywood for many years. He was born on June 27, 1963, in Omaha, Nebraska. Jay attended the University of Kansas, in the class of 1989, where he studied theatre, history and political science. He is commonly known for his role as the famous LAPD detective Holland “Dutch” Wagenbach on the FX television series ‘The Shield’, Agent Josh Kohn on ‘Sons of Anarchy’ in 2008, and Craig on ‘The Crossing’ in 2018.
