Billy Ray is an American director and a screenwriter. He started writing for movies and television in 1994 with Color of Night. He has written for Hart’s War and Volcano. He was one of the writers and creators of the fictional show Earth 2. Later on the 10th of August, 2015, he announced that he will be writing screenplay for Martin Scorses’s The Devil in the White City.
