Allison Tolman

Allison Tolman is an American actress, who was born on 18 November in the year 1981 in Houston, Texas. Allison is the daughter of Davis Nichols Tolman and Valerie. Allison shifted to England with her family. She stayed in England with her family for four years. For the next five years, Allison lived in West Texas and Oklahoma. Then again, she shifted to Sugar Land in Texas. Allison has a younger sister and two elder brothers.

Allison has always dreamt of doing acting. Allison, at the age of 10 started learning acting classes at Fort Bend Community Theatre. Allison completed her graduation in 2000 from Clements High School. Then Allison did graduation in Bachelor of Fine Arts from Baylor University. After completing her graduation, Allison went to Texas. In Texas, she was a part of Second Thought Theatre. In 2009, Allison studied acting at The Second City Training Center in Chicago.

Allison career in acting started on television with a show Prison Break in 2006. Allison looked like a nurse in the show. Another series termed as Sordid Lives: The Series aired in the year 2008. She did four episodes by portraying the character of Tink. Allison acted in a short film A Thousand Cocktails Later. She did a role of a girl known by Mandy. She came up with Addicted to Fresno in which she played the character of Ruby. Allison gained popularity from her new FX series labeled as 'Fargo'. She did 11 episodesby personifying a character of police officer Deputy Molly Solverson. For her character, Allison won the title of best supporting actor in Critics Choice Television Awards. Allison was appreciated for her role in Fargo. Allison was also nominated for the outstanding supporting actor in Primetime Emmy Awards. That year was very lucky for her. In November 2015, Allison was cast in Downward Dog, an ABC pilot. In this series, she presented herself as a dog, Martin. The dog used to have communication with the TV audience. Alison nominated for many awards due to the series Fargo.
