The IIFA Awards 2004, is renowned Award and formally known as the 5th International Indian Film Academy Awards ceremony. This event held in the city of Singapore on May 20 to May 22, 2004. The winners of IIFA 2004 are; Best Picture; Kal Ho Na Ho, Best Director; Rakesh Roshan, Best Actor in Leading Role; Hrithik Roshan, Best Actress in Leading Role; Preity Zinta, Best Comic Role; Boman Irani, Best Negative Role; Feroz Khan.

The Musical Awards winners are; Best Music Director; Shankar- Ehsaan- Loy, Best Lyrics; Kal Ho Naa Ho, Best Singer Male; Sonu Nigam, Best Female Singer; Shreya Ghoshal and Best Story; Kal Ho Na Ho. Outstanding contribution to Indian cinema; Yash Johar, Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema; Dilip Kumar, Samsung Diva; Kareena Kapoor, Samsung Style Icon; Saif Ali Khan. The First ever in IIFA 2004 it was announced that next ceremony is going to be celebrated in Amsterdam, Arena Amsterdam, Netherland in 2005.
