. The story is taken from a novel Naba Bidhan written by Saratchandra Chattopadhyay. It is a saga which showcases a woman's purity and her abiding ability to give and to love. The story weaves around a man, Anshuman, who did a child marriage because of his father. He got married to Pakhi at a very young age. But due to some circumstances; these two families turned into rivalries.
Anshuman married a city based smile girl when he was of a marriageable age and had a son Ayan but unfortunately his wife died. But then Anshuman decided to get married for the third time, but how due to unwanted situations, he is forced to bring back his first wife called Paakhi, who is a Gaon ki Chori. The Show shows how love melts anybody’s heart. Paakhi’s love and purity made Anshuman fall for her.
