Raghavendra Rajkumar

Raghavendra Rajkumar is a producer and Kannada movie actor. He has been named after Raghavendra Swami as his parents are big followers of Swami Raghavendra. He is very famous in Kannada film industry. Most of his movies are either comedy or family drama. Rajkumar was born on 15 August 1965 in Chennai.

He is Dr. Rajkumar and Parvathamma Rajkumar’s second son. Dr. Rajkumar is Kannada’s superstar and Raghavendra’s mother, Parvathamma Rajkumar, is a producer. He is married to Mangala Raghavendra, and the couple has two children, Vinay and Guru Rajkumar. His son Vinay has already made his debut in Kannada movie industry, and the movie launch saw the presence of who’s who of Kannada film industry.

After giving many box office hits in Kannada film industry, Raghavendra is now completely engaged in production work. His banner has given blockbuster like Jackie. The movie had his brother Puneeth as the male protagonist.

Raghavendra has also sung songs in his films. The title track of Anuraagada Alegalu and Ambarada taare of the same movie, Ombattu Ombattu from Kalyana Mantapa, Nijava Nudiyale of Nanjundi Kalyana, Gajapathi Garvabhanga’s Maduveya Vayasu, are few of his famous songs.

He has given many Kannada blockbusters and his movie Nanjundi Kalyana, the first movie of his production house Poornima Enterprises, did very well commercially on box office.
