Janelle Monáe Robinson professionally known as Janelle Monáe was born on December 1, 1985, is an American songwriter, singer, model, and actress. The Audition was her first unofficial studio album. After that, she made a debut with extending play (EP) titled Metropolis: Suite I (The Chase). She spent her early years in the city named Kansas where she was born.
