The full name of Dominic Purcell is Dominic Haakon Myrtvedt Purcell. He is an Australian actor known for the role of Lincoln Burrows in the film named Prison Break, Dracula character in the film Blade: Trinity, and the title character in the science fiction drama television series named John Doe. He was born in a town named Wallasey in England. His parents are Mary T. Maureen Purcell and Gerald. In the year 1972, he moved along with his family to New South Wales and then to Western Sydney. He attended two schools namely Blaxland East Public School and Blaxland High School. He also attended two colleges namely St Dominic's College and Mc Carthy Catholic College. After seeing Platoon, he decided to pursue acting as his career. He has four siblings. Three of them are brothers, and one is a sister, who hold citizenship of Ireland. He married Rebecca Williamson in the year 1998, whom he had been dating since 1997. They have a daughter, son, and twins, a total of four children. They divorced in the year 2008. He dated AnnaLynne McCord, the actress from 2011 to 2014, and broke up with her later. They announced that they resumed their relationship in January 2016. In 1999, he played the role of Troy Nelson in the film named First Daughter. He acted as Ulrich in the film Mission: Impossible II in the year 2000.
