In 2009, he appeared in the drama Death in Love, along with Josh Lucas. He was a part of the movie Jennifer's Body, with Megan Fox. In 2010, he starred in Cop Out, starring Tracy Morgan and Bruce Willis.

Sadly, their relationship ended in the year 2006. He was later seen with Lorene Scafaria, who was a screenwriter and artist. Their relationship ended in 2011.
