Paco Cabezas

Paco Cabezas is a Spanish film director and screenwriter, best known for directing The Appeared, Rage Click to look into! >> Read More... and Mr. Right. In the year 2007, he became famous for Spanish language movie which traveled to many film festivals.

In the year 2000, he made a 50-minute film which had Damaso Conde, Oren Moreno and Jordi in lead roles. In the year 2008, Paco Cabezas was the writer for movie ‘Sexykiller’, which was a horror comedy movie in the Spanish language. In 2005, Paco made a short film, 'Neon Flesh' for which he was the writer and director.

In the year 2009, Spain was coming out with scary movies. It was a trend started at Scary Movie franchise. Hence Javier Ruiz Caldera took an initiative to take audiences reaction to a new horror level.

Many movies that Paco has directed had a duration of 60 to 90 minutes, and they were distributed in counties like Switzerland, Spain, and Germany and produced by 20th Century Fox and Morena Film, Zodiac Pictures and Egoli Tossell. He was the writer for three movies, namely Bon Appétit, Spanish Movie, and Sexykiller.

In the year 2014, he directed the first award ceremony, Premios Feroz that was held at the cine Callao in Madrid, on January 27, 2014. The show was anchored by actress Alexandra Jiménez on national TV through Paramount Channel.

Critics did not like the film and felt it was a total dull movie and it was one of the rare Nicolas Cage action thriller lacking the energy to reach the audiences.

After the debacle of 'Rage', Paco jumped back with a much better movie in the year 2015. Paco Cabezas directed Mr. Right which was an American romantic action movie.
