Jon Bernthal

Jon Bernthal was born on 20th September 1976. He is an American actor. His full name is Jonathan Edward Bernthal. He started his carrier in 2000. He was born in Washington D.C, Columbia, United States, to a Jewish family. His father’s name is Joan Lurie and his mother’s name is Eric Lawrence as Rick Bernthal. She is a lawyer with Latham & Watkins LLP and a board of directors in The Humane Society of the United States. Jon Bernthal’s paternal grandfather Murray Bernthal was a famous musician and a producer. His two brothers’ names are Nicholas and Thomas. Nicholas is an Orthopedic Surgeon and professor at The University of California Los Angeles. Nicholas is a CEO of a consulting Agency.

Nicholas married Sheryl Sandberg. Sheryl Sandberg is a billionaire and Facebook Chief Operating Officer. Jon Bernthal grew in Cabin John, Maryland, USA. He did his schooling in Sidwell Friends School in 1995 at Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his graduation from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Country. But he was a dropped-out student. His acting teacher him to join the Moscow Arts Theater in Russian. He went to that Theater and become a catcher Russian Baseball Team. Jon Bernthal was discovered there by the executive director of Harvard University in 2002 at Cambridge. After completing his graduation there, he returned to New York City back to start his carrier. He is well known for being a Method actor. Jon Bernthal acted in more than 30 plays regionally and Off-Broadway.

He did many plays with his own awarding-winning theater company. In television series like “Boston Legal, CSI: Miami,” and “How I Met Your Mother” he appeared in a guest role. In 2004 he did the movie “Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding” and “Revenge of the Middle-Aged Woman.” Later, he shifted to Los Angeles in 2006 and performed in “World Trade Center.” He did his first regular role in the TV series “The Class” with the CBS Sitcom. He did the films “Day Zero” and Oliver Stones World Trade Center” in 2007. He went for a gust role as Interviewer on the film “The Air I Breath.” In 2008 he performed “A Line in the Sand” and “Bar Starz.” The “Night at the Museum” movie gave him a big name in 2009.
