Plot
Vishwaroopam 2 is about how the Indian spy gets the Al Qaeda terrorist Omar.
Star Performance
Kamal Haasan has done his best in this film. His dialogues, actions scenes, emotional scenes and romance scenes are perfect. Pooja Kumar and Andrea Jeremiah have got equally good roles and they had performed it well. Rahul Bose and Jaideep don't have much space to perform. Anant Mahadevan and Shekhar Kapur had done their role well. Anant Mahadevan scenes are very much interesting and thanks to Kamal Haasan for using Anant's potential well. Waheeda and Kamal’s bonding is perfect.
Analysis
As an actor and director, Kamal Haasan has tried his best in Vishwaroopam 2. Waheeda Rehman and Kamal Haasan scenes are beautifully designed. However, Rahul Bose scenes could have been planned better. Nassar is wasted in the movie. The film is technically sound. Ghibran's music is excellent and some scenes are interesting only with the instrumental by Ghibran. We could simply say that his music is of International standard. Similarly, the cinematography is excellent. Editing is also good and production designer had also done his job, best. Kamal had designed the roles for both the heroines well. At times Andrea overtakes Kamal Haasan and gets the appreciation from the audiences. However, the second half is a slow paced one and the twist and turns are a bit predictable.

Verdict
On the whole Vishwaroopam 2 is a good sequel and it is a good treat for Kamal Haasan fans. With a good background music and cinematography, the film impresses the audiences and Kamal Haasan will be definitely appreciated for giving the heroines a significant role which is equivalent to him. Vishwaroopam 2 is a one-time watch!
