The filming of ‘Pichaikkaran’ is being credited by his production house Vijay Antony Film Corporation and is expected to release in 2016. He has also signed another new movie ‘Saithan’ where he would essay a psychologist character. He made his debut as a music director in the 2006 romantic flick ‘Dishyum’. Followed by it, he composed music for several movies and became as one of the promising composers in the Tamil film industry.

The actor is also excited with another film project ‘Yeman’ that will bring back together Jeeva Shankar and Vijay Antony (after Naan’). In 2013, Vijay Antony scored the music for ‘Haridas’. Vasundhara Das is better known as Shakalaka Baby in celluloid. She made the audience dance to her tune by her song ‘Shakalaka Baby’ which she had sung for music composer A R Rahman for Shankar’s film ‘Mudhalvan.' The song was featured on actress Sushmita Sen in the film. For this item song, she even got her first Filmfare award as a playback singer. But she is also a gifted Indian actress who made her debut in a Tamil film ‘Hey Ram’ opposite Kamal Haasan where she played the role of Mythili Iyengar as a wife of Kamal Haasan. For an actress to get a chance of debut role in Kamal Haasan’s film itself is a milestone in any actress career. But that was not everything for this actress. She got her biggest break in international filmmaker Mira Nair’s project ‘Monsoon Wedding’. Haricharan Seshadri

Haricharan Seshadri is an eminent Carnatic singer who gives his vocal in many Malayalam, Tamil, and other regional movies. He made his debut through the Tamil flick ‘Kadal’, in which he got the chance to sing two solo songs "Unakkena Iruppaen" and the title song "Kaadhal". In the same movie, he also had sung a duet song ‘Thottu Thottu’ with Harini Shankar.    Haricharan was born on March 20, 1987, in Chennai. His early generation proves that they were a typical Palakkad Iyer family, and his father was a B-grade artist in AIR and even a bank employee. Haricharan had taken Carnatic classical musical training since age 7 and then had privileged to learn musical lessons from stalwarts like K. V. Narayanaswamy, T.M.Prabhavathi, and P. S. Narayanaswamy. He became very popular through the songs of movie ‘Kadal’. His voice is frequently used by music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja. However, he got an opportunity even to sing for A. R. Rahman. The song was ‘"Maattram Ondrudhaan Maradhadhu’ from a soundtrack of Kochadaiiyaan, which featured Rajinikanth. Haricharan began his debut as a playback singer at the age of 17 and even got nominated for the song ‘Unakkena Iruppen’ for National Film Awards in 2005. Some of his noteworthy numbers are ‘Unn Perai Sollumpothu’ from film Angaaditheru, ‘Kupathu Rajakal’ from film Bana Kathaadi and ‘Naan Endru So’ from film Rettaisuzhi. He also had rendered songs for music composers like Karthik Raja, D.Imman, Ilaiyaraaja, Gopi Sunde, Dharan, etc. But he owes his playback singing career to A.V. Ramanan. On his suggestion, he auditioned before music director Joshua Sridhar; directors Balaji Sakthivel and film producer Shankar listened to the track and retained his voice. In the year 2013 and 2014, he has sung for nearly 20 and 13 films respectively. Recently for a Hindi film ‘Tamasha’, he has given his vocal. In this movie, a popular number Chali Kahani’ that has narration in the voice of Sukhwinder Singh, Haricharan and Haripriya together had provided able support for the song. The music composer is  A R Rahman.  In 2015, Haricharan has sung for few popular Telugu movies such as ‘Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju,' ‘Gopala Gopala,' ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Manoharudu’. He also has given his vocal for a Malayalam movie ‘Pocket 43’ that has Mohanlal as the lead actor. He has recorded another Malayalam song from the film ‘Style’ which released recently.
