Madhu Balakrishnan is an Indian playback singer. He sings in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Tulu languages. Madhu Balakrishnan was born on 24th June, in the year 1974. The singer does playback singing for south Indian films. Balakrishnan began his singing career in the year 1999 and since then, sung in several films. He has also been a judge on Malayalam singing reality shows. Apart from doing playback singing, Madhu Balakrishnan has also released a few solo albums.

His sung spiritual songs in the 2012 album Greatest Verses Of Bhagavad Gita. In his long career, he has received several awards and nominations. The greatest honors received by the singer include Kerala State Film Award in the year 2002 for the 2001film ‘Vaalkannadi’, Tamil Nadu State Film Award in the year 2006, Tamil Nadu State government’s Kalaimamani award in the year 2007 and The Honorary Doctorate in the year 2017 from the International Tamil University, United States Of America.
