Meera Chopra is a well-known actress in the South Indian film industry and is also related to Bollywood divas Priyanka, Parineeti, and
Mannara Chopra. She mainly appears in Telugu and Tamil films and also recently made her debut in the Hindi film industry. Meera Chopra is also known as Nila in the South Indian film industry. Meera was born on 8th July in the year 1983 in the capital city of
New Delhi. She pursued her college education at Delhi University’s SGTB Khalsa College and later moved to
New York. She pursued a degree in Mass Communication from Saginaw Valley State University in the state of Michigan. After graduation, Meera worked with NDTV, a top television news channel in India as one of their program executives. Later she quit her job at NDTV to pursue modeling, acting and fashion. She partnered with Storm Fashion in the year 2010. She made her entry into acting when she was offered a film in the Tamil industry. She was offered a role in S. J. Suryah’s ‘Anbe Aaruyire’ a romantic film that was released in the year 2005.

Gang of Ghosts’ comedy film based on paranormal activity done by a group of ghosts. The film was made by
Satish Kaushik and was remade from ‘Bhooter Bhabishyat’ a Bengali movie. She was cast as ‘Tina Chopra’ a chirpy and bubbly little ghost in the gang. Her role was well received by the audience and the critics as well.
