Aroor Jagadish is a Kannada television director who directed popular daily soap operas like Arundhati, Jodi Hakki, Ashwini Nakshatra, Shuba Vivaha and Guptagamini, among others. He married Smitha Jagadish on 13th May 2009 and has two children. His direction of Jothe Jotheyalli, starring Aniruddha Jatkar and Megha Shetty, scored high on the TRP charts. Aroor is also the director of Puttakkana Makkalu and worked with Umashree, Manju Bhashini, Sanjana Burli and Ramesh Pandit in this show. The show is a remake of the popular Telugu serial 'Radhamma Kuthuru'. Actress Kavya Shastry worked alongside his direction in the drama television serial Shubhavivaha produced by J S production house.
