Born on 25 May 2000, SanjanaBurli is a Kannada Movie actress hails from Bangalore, Karnataka. She made her first appearance in the box office at the age of eighteen. She is going to make her debut in the Tamil movie industry with Choomandra Kali. She is also pursuing a medical electronics engineering degree at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bangalore, besides her movie career.

She has done her secondary education from Prarthana central school, Bangalore, and did PUC at S.K.C.H (Kumarans) PU College, Bangalore. She has done a few Kannada short movies too before making her debut in showbiz. While giving her an interview for Weekend, she got candid about her personal life. She said that when she realized that she wants to be an actress, she started browsing on the internet, how to be an actor. She used to practice film dialogues, standing in front of the mirror at the age of eight. After that, she started mono acting and later on she joined a theatre group.
