Ellen David is an actress, writer, and director, born in Montreal, Canada. She is known for her work in Goon (2011), Brooklyn (2015), and 18 to Life (2010). Ellen graduated from Wagar High School. She is a dynamic and versatile actor and has played several diverse roles, ranging from Evelyn Roche in Transplant (2020-), Dr. Cynthia Aberdeen in Cerebrum (2022), and Rachel Conley in Le temps des framboises (2022-).
Since 1997, she has been portraying the character of Bitzi Baxter/Bitzi in Arthur. Ellen has been the recipient of two ACTRA Awards. She was also co-nominated for the 2007 Gemini Award for Best Ensemble Performance in a Comedy Program or Series in The Business. Her other notable titles include Tripping the Rift, A Walk on the Moon, Tupu, and Dragon Hunters. She also starred as Joan in the 2016 horror/mystery
