Peter O Toole

One of the legendary actors in Hollywood. Known for his remarkable voice and a multi-awarded actor in cinema history. His was Peter Seamus O'Toole, born on August 2, 1932 in England, United Kingdom. First appeared as great Robin MacGregor for the movie “Kidnapped” in 1960, as Captain Finch for the movie “The Day They Robbed the Bank of England”, and as First Trooper “The Savage Innocents.” He made a marvelous act as T.E. Lawrence as British an intelligent and controversial soldier for the movie “Lawrence of Arabia” where he won BAFTA, Golden Globe and di Donatello for Best Actor. He did it again as Henry II for the movie “Becket” in 1964 as Golden Globe Best Actor, plus his movie “The Night of the Generals” as General Tanz.

He dominated the silver screen again as Henry II for the movie “The Lion in Winter” a story that made him decide which one to choose as his next successor. Gave another reprising and award winning role for the movie “Goodbye, Mr.  Chips”, as Earl of Gurney in the 1972 movie “The Ruling Class”, played the role of Don Quixote in the movie “Man of La Mancha”, starred in the movie “The Stunt Man” a story of a fugitive that hid as a new stuntman in a movie and falls in love with the leading lady. Played the role Alan Swann, a story of a matinee idol in a TV show for the movie “My Favorite Year”, as Reginald Johnston in the story of the last great ruler of China in the movie “The Last Emperor.” Greatly made us laugh in the movie “King Ralph” a story of a man from America that become the only man that can take over the royal throne. Along with his list included are “Rebecca’s Daughters”, as Major Lyautey for the movie “Isabelle Eberhardt”, casted in “The Seventh Coin”, as Arthur Doyle for the movie “FairyTale: A True Story”, as Mr. Ravenscroft for the movie “The Manor” and “Phantoms.”

Including in many of his movies were “Molokai: The Story of Father Damien”, portrayed the role Lord Foxley for the movie “Global Heresy”, as J.J Curtis in 2002 movie “The Final Curtain”, as Colonel Blount in 2003 movie “Bright Young Things”, and contributed as King Priam in the adaptation of the legendary battle of “Troy” a movie that narrates how the war started and ended with great soldiers not kings in the pages of history books, starring Eric Bana, Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom. He played the role Duke for the movie “Lassie.”

They made appealing acts with Jodie Whittaker and Leslie Phillips in a story of veteran actors got close with a very different teenager in the movie “Venus.” He is the intimidating voice of Anton Ego for the animated movie “Ratatouille.” He made a funny act when he lay overs his throne to his sons in the movie “Stardust” as King Stormhold, starred as Fisk Senior for the movie “Dean Spanley.” He landed roles for the movies “The Christmas Cottage”, as Atlantes for “Love and Virtue”, as Father Christopher for the movie “Cristiada” and for the movie “God’s Spy.” Starred as Gallus for the movie “Katherine of Alexandria”, and died on December 14, 2013.
