After his appearance on Baretta, Young began writing scripts and he scripted the CBS television film called ‘Daddy I Don’t Like It Like This in 1978. He penned and starred in Uncle Joe Shannon in 1978 which was a flop commercial, based on his relationship with his daughter. He is a marvelous painter whose art has been exhibited in the galleries throughout the world.
