Ritchie Coster

Ritchie Coster is an English actor. He has worked in many movies and television series. He is mostly known for his theater works. Coster was born on 1st July 1967, in London England. He went to the Latymer School to complete his High School education. After completing his high school studies, he went to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Coster started his television career with the show Law and Order in the year 1999. He appeared in more than seven episodes of the series. The show was a legal drama series directed by Dick Wolf.

The series was the first installment of the Law and Order franchise. The series was first aired on NBC, but the other installments of the series were aired on different networks. He played the role of Jorgan Stern. The show was a commercial success, and the makers of the show were so impressed by Coster’s performance that he was cast for the other two installments of the Law and Order franchise namely Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Law and Order: Criminal Content. Coster is mainly known for playing criminal roles. After that, in the year 2000,he appeared in the show named CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

He appeared in a single episode of the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and played the role of Arthur Blisterman. Coster also appeared in a soap opera series named Guiding Light. He appeared in an episode of the award-winning television miniseries named John Adams. His most memorable performance was in the show, True Detective. He played the role of Mayor Austin Chessani in 7 episodes of the series. He also played small roles in many other television series namely Sex and the City, Rear Window, Luck, The Blacklist, and New York Undercover. In the year 2008, he played the role of Chechen in the movie The Dark Knight.
