Lisa Azuelos also was known by her name Lisa Alessandrin, was born in France on 6th November 1965 (Scorpio). She is a French film producer, actor, director and writer. Her movies Dalida (2017) and LOL(2012) marked tremendous performances in her career.

She is the daughter of Judas Azuelos and Marie Laforet. Her mother Marie Laforet is a French singer and actress and father is a Moroccan businessman. Both got separated in the year 1967 when Lisa was just 2 years old. After the separation, her mother had her custody, and she was brought up in a boarding school with her brother.

Then she started living with her father when she was 12 and came across Sephardic culture. In 1991, Lisa got married to Director Patrick Allesandrin. The couple has three children; Allan, Thais, and Carmen. Both of them divorced in the year 2002 after 11 years of marriage. To formalize her first name, Lisa, she took some necessary steps with the civil registry: because her name Lisa is refused by the civil status. At the age of 16, she qualified her baccalaureate degree and registered herself in the management department in Dauphine. The risky business environment, made her feel insecure and uninterested. So, she decided to quit the profession in the year 1987. Lisa started her cinematographic career in 1990 with a short film.

Signing two episodes, Lisa began as a screenwriter for the television series: Mannequin Classe; this was her stepping stone in the industry. Lisa also worked as an assistant director in movies such as Subway, The Last Battle and so on. She made her debut film with her co-director Patrick Allessandrin, whom she married. She liked the films of Maurice Pialat and Raymond Depardon. Lisa's production company was named after her great-grandmother Bathsheba, as "Bathsheba Mucho." In 2006, Lisa decided to embark on the realization with the comedy Come try es belle! In which she directs Michèle Laroque, Aure Atika, Valérie Benguigui and Géraldine Nakach.
