Yevanda is an action comedy Tamil movie, directed by Gopichand Malineni Gopichand Malineni is a Tollywood (Telugu industry >> Read More... . It is the dubbed version of Balupu, a 2013 Telugu film.

Plot Ravi, who is the hero of the picture, is an agent in Bangalore with ICICI bank and his happy in his life. Ravi’s father, Mohan Rao wants his son to get married soon, but Ravi is not ready for the marriage. Someday, Ravi derives that his friend, Satyam, tries to commit suicide by drinking poison. When Ravi seeks to find out the reason for his madness, he gets to know that his friend has fallen in love with a girl named Shruti. The girl and his uncle Crazy Mohan Crazy Mohan was born as Mohan Rangachari on Octobe >> Read More... cheat young bachelors in the name of true love, and his friend was one of the victims. Ravi then decides to teach the duo a lesson. Ravi himself becomes a bachelor and meets Shruti. Shruti on other hand falls for Ravi. But Crazy Mohan did not like Ravi and thus always an attempt to get rid of Ravi.

Crazy Mohan makes a plan and requests Shruti to propose Ravi and ask him for marriage, thinking he would refuse for the wedding. But the opposite what he expected happened. Ravi, in turn, offered Shruti for the matrimony, leaving both Shruti and Crazy Mohan shocked. Later the audience comes to know that Shruti is already engaged to Rohit. When Rohit’s mother heard the news of Shruti getting married to Ravi, she calls her brother Poorna, who is a don in Vizag. On the wedding day, Poorna arrives and recognizes Ravi and his father Mohan Rao as Shankar and Nanaji. Poorna stabs Rao and kidnaps Shruti and returns to Vizag. Ravi sitting next to Mohan Rao gets reminiscences of his past.

He remembers the time when he was in Vizag and Nanaji was a mafia of Vizag and had established his empire whereas Poorna was still trying to build his supremacy. Poorna regarded Nanaji as his enemy and wanted him killed. Poorna takes help from Shankar to destroy Nanaji. But Shankar falls in love with Anjali, daughter of Nanaji. He decides to give up all the criminal activities. When Poorna asks Shankar to kill Nanaji, but Shankar refuses to do his work.Poorna got annoyed and decided to kill Anjali. After the death of Anjali, both Shankar, and Nanajiagree to quit crime and lead a normal life. They shift to Bangalore and take the disguise of Ravi and Mohan Rao. Later on, we see that Ravi has been informed about the kidnapping of Shruti by Poorna and decides to go to Vizag and defeat Poorna. Thus, at last, he ends up marrying Shruti.

Analysis Under the direction of Gopichand Malineni, the film pleases the audience. The first half of the movie is interesting and entertaining. In the end, all the missing dots have been joined thus making a good story for the picture.
