A M Jyothi Krishna

Jyothi Krishna​ is a Tamil actor, director, as well as story writer. In the year 2003, Jyothi Krishna started his career at a very small age of 17. He debuted in the industry as a story writer with the story of his father, in A. M. Ratnam’s production, “Natpukkaga”, which had actor, Sarath Kumar in the lead. The movie was highly appreciated by the critics and also did well at the box office.

His next venture was writing the story of Chiranjeevi’s film, Sneham Kosam. He also participated in the story discussion for Rajinikanth’s mega blockbuster, ‘Padayappa’. Later, Jyothi Krishna made his directorial debut in a musical by A. R. Rahman titled Enakku 20 Unakku 18. Later, he released his second directorial titled “Kedi”, which had music composed by A. R. Rahman. The film was later dubbed into Tamil.

After conquering the field of writing and direction, Jyothi Krishna ventured into acting. He debuted with the film, Ooh La La La. The film was also directed by Jyothi Krishna and released on 20 April, 2012. Though the movie failed at the box office, it achieved a little appreciation by critics. In 2015, Jyothi Krishna co-produced “Vedhalam”, with his father. After his last directorial, Nee Manasu Naaku Telusu, in 2003, Jyothi Krishna will be directing after almost a decade. The movie will see actor ‘Gopichand’ in the lead. Gopichand was impressed by just reading a single of the script and requested Jyothi Krishna to work upon the script. Jyothi Krishna got married to Aishwarya on October 13, 2012.
