Cricket Is A Religion For Many People
It Will Not Be An Exaggeration To State That Cricket Is A Religion For Many People. Cricketers Don’t Just Go Out Onto The Pitch To Play Like It Is Their Job. They Play Because Have A Whole Nation’s Faith Resting On Their Shoulders. They Wake Up Each Day For Practice Sessions And Train Hard To Improve Their Gameplay.
Most Of Them Are Either Good Batsmen, Trying To Score As Many Runs And Get The Ball Behind The Boundaries As Many Times As Possible, Or Good Bowlers , Trying To Knock The Bails Off The Stumps And Take Maximum Number Of Wickets. Some Can Do Both Equally Well And Are All-Rounders. Eleven Players From Each Side Play The Sport Under The Monitoring Of Umpires And The Bowling Team Aims To Take Ten Wickets Of The Batting Team In One Inning (Out Of Two) In Order To Stop The Team From Scoring More Runs. Cricketers Also Get Injured Sometimes And Have To Miss Out On The Next Few Matches Due To Recovery. While Many Sports Are More Physically Demanding, Where The Players Retire In Their Early 30s, Cricketers Go On To Play Well Into Their Late 30s Or Even Early 40s.
