Shivani Bhai

Shivani Bhai is an actress, model and anchor/host who appears in Malayalam and Tamil movies. Shivani was born on May 26, 1988, in the Trivandrum district of Kerala, India. Shivani was an engineering student before venturing into the glittering and glamourous world of the movies. Her uncle is famous cinematographer of South India Film Industry who adopted her helped her to curve a niche of her own in the Malayalam and Tamil film industry. Shivani started her career as a model and first came into the limelight through the advertisement of Atlas Jewellery. She made her debut in the year 2008-09 with superstar Mamoothy where she played the role of her sister. The movie was named Annan Thampi. Shivani got noticed in this film and by her third film, she was playing heroine to the superstar Mamoothy in the film Rahasya Police along with Jayaram in the year 2009. Though the film failed at the box office, Shivani’s performance was well received and well appreciated by the critics and the audiences. She delivered a hit with the movie Naanga in the Tamil Film Industry. Her vibrant and attractive dance move and charming presence in the folk song Adiye Pottapula from the very same film became a rage and an instant hit among the Tamilians specially among the youths. Shivani also hosted a number of TV shows and serials which are quite popular most of them being aired on Surya TV. Some of her notable movies are-China Town, Swapnamaalika. Shivani is married to cricketer Prashanth Parameshwaran.
