James Ponti is New York Times bestselling author. He is the founder of a writers group referred to as “Renegade of Middle Grade.” He was born on 24 March in Pissa, Italy. His current residence is in Orlando, Florida, with his wife Denise and his son Grayson. His son Alex died due to autistic and epileptic. They both are his inspiration and heroes of his life. He has also written the famous story of Mickey Mouse and its characters and worked on multiple channels as producers like Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, History, Spike TV.
He has written a Dead City Middle-Grade book series about the key society of the latest York City on Zombie Fighters. He mostly writes on the genres like Children's Fiction, Young Adult Fiction, Young Adult Fantasy. His most famous series is Dead City, T.O.A.S.T. Mystery, City Spies. He got nominated for the Edgar Award for Best Juvenile Fiction in 2018 for Vanished! Apart from writing, his interests include traveling, hang out with family, movies.
