Vin Hawke

Vin Hawke is an actor, coach, and consultant based in Manchester, England. Vin married Liz Hawke on October 25, 2008, and the couple was blessed with a child who was named Cooper Hawke. Interestingly, Vin’s son, Cooper, is named after a character from the 1995 TV show Space: Above and Beyond.

Vin is a vegan. Vin has an excellent qualification in the field of acting. He took the degrees in Screen Acting, Advanced Screen Acting and Master Class in Screen Acting in the years 2008, 2009 and 2011 respectively. In 2009, he also undertook Acting for Theatre course by Jonny Black. In 2014, Vin took the “Understanding and applying for method” course by Stanislavsky. He took all the above degrees and courses from the Manchester School of Acting.

Vin considers himself an athlete and a sportsman who takes a keen interest in various sports like football, cricket, tennis, cycling, weight training and Track & Field. He is a martial arts trainee in Jeet Kune Do and adept in self-defense skills of Krav Maga. This explains the reason why Vin is deft in the use of firearms and acts in power-packed action roles in movies.

Vin has a taste for music as well. He is a guitarist and knows a great deal about music composition and production. When it comes to the realm of acting, Vin has mostly acted in short films such as Shades of Grey (2006), The Watchman (2007)The Empty Night (2010), Operation Chastity (2011), Dear Father (2011), Saviour (2011), Salvation (2011), Donkeyskin (2011), Cacher (2011), Fusilier (2012), The Requiem (2012), The Going Rate (2012), and The Girl in the Blue Dress (2013).

He has played minor, supporting as well as principal characters in feature films such as Poor Wee Me (2009), Jerusalem (2010), Isolation (2013), Dragons of Camelot (2013), Retribution (2014), Choices (2015), The Last Days Of… (2015), Lancaster Skies (2018), and The Terror (2018). Because of his grit for acting and talent for entering into the skin of any character, he has also given a voice for many animation movies and audio dramas.

He has done Voice Over in movies Dark Domain (2011), Anathema (2011), and Super Sam (2016). He has also done several television commercials, and radio shows as well.
