Larnell Stovall Jr. was born on 22nd October 1976 in the New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Since childhood, Larnell was an ardent “Falcons” fan and supported them to a big win in NFL 2017.
Larnell Stovall moved to Los Angeles, California in February 2001 to pursue his career in the movie industry. For the former world and international champion with expertise in fighting, weapons, and forms (kata), the industry landed him a job as an “Action choreographer”.
Larnell Stovall describes his professional during an interview with an Indian newspaper as below. He points out that the job of an action choreographer is not just to choreograph the action. But, the action choreographer should have known about the shot composition and the types of the lens being used during the action sequence.
He further acknowledged his own expertise in understanding the emotion and the dialogues used in the scene in a better way, which eventually helps in the making of a great action sequence.
