Plot
Krishna is the adopted child of Gymkhana owner Sarkar. Sarkar brings up Krishna without making him feel that he is an orphan. As Sarkar trained him well, Krishna becomes a wrestler. He falls for a beautiful lady, Rukmani. Krishna wanted to settle down in life with her. But, he could not decide whether to follow his heart or his passion. What did he do? Did he make his dad's dream come true? To know about it, do watch the movie.
Star Performance
As usual, Sudeep had performed excellently well. In the action sequences, he is fantastic and he lived up to the expectation of his fans. Coming to Suniel Shetty, he performed Sudeep’s father and had given soul to the role. Kabir Duhan Singh and Sushant Singh had done what is assigned to them. Aakanksha Singh doesn't have much work except romancing the hero.
Analysis
The film has a simple script, which is based on wrestling and boxing and the relationship between father and son, where the father wants his son to become a wrestling champion. The movie has been scripted well and directed well. The cast in the movie is perfect and everyone fits well in their roles. The romance track is not purposely inserted. But, the heroine didn't have much work like any other top hero movie heroine. Pailwaan is completely packed with comedy, romance, action and sentiments. The music composition by Arjun Janya is excellent and Karunakar did his part well as a cinematographer. The editing by Ruben is neat.
