Steve Marshall is an English singer, musician, and songwriter. He completed his education at the Queen Mary University of London in 1982. He was an artist at Pyramid Arts Development, from 1982 to 1995 and a musical director at the State of Emergency Productions, since 2005. He has been a musical director at the State of Trust, since 2014. He was also a musical director of the State of Emergency Limited, since, 1986.
